Welcome to Divine Way Cleaning's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services will be provided on the scheduled dates and times as agreed upon during booking; any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Payment for services is due upon completion unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic bank transfers.

Our cleaning staff is professionally trained and vetted. However, if any damages occur during the cleaning process, they must be reported within 24 hours for a claim to be considered.

Client is responsible for securing or removing any fragile or valuable items from areas to be cleaned. Divine Way Cleaning assumes no liability for items not properly secured or removed.

Clients must provide access to hot water and electricity at the premises for the duration of the cleaning service.

Divine Way Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service if the working conditions are deemed unsafe or if the client engages in any form of harassment towards the cleaning staff.

Recurring cleaning plans will be renewed automatically unless a cancellation notice is provided by the client at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled service date.
